Fetus discovered in airplane toilet at LaGuardia Airport

An American Airlines flight from Charlotte, North Carolina, to New York's LaGuardia Airport arrived with a gruesome cargo: a human fetus found dead in the plane's bathroom.

NY reported the Airbus A321, flight number 1942, departed Charlotte, NC on Monday night and arrived at LaGuardia late Monday night.

While an NYC Medical Examiner is investigating the cause of the baby's death, American Airlines tweeted that Terminal B could experience delays Tuesday morning. An attendant noticed a large amount of toilet paper in one of the plane's lavatory toilets.

Staff made the discovery on Tuesday and immediately called for help.
