The document also said that Pitt had "paid no meaningful child support since separation" and said that although informal arrangements had been made with him, payments "had not been regularly sustained".

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's ongoing custody battle continues to intensify.

Meanwhile, a second source tells ET, "Brad always fulfills his commitments" when it comes to his children. Among them: a visitation schedule was determined for the summer, and Jolie was ordered to provide Pitt with the children's cell phone numbers and arrange a phone call for the kids and their doctors to explain that "the court has determined that each of them are safe with their father".

In a new court filing obtained by ET and filed on Tuesday, Jolie accused Pitt of not paying any "meaningful" child support for a year and a half, and said she's planning to get a court order mandating that he pay it. In the child custody hearing in June, the judge did not directly address Pitt's worth in relation to the child support he is allegedly supposed to pay 'informally'.

Pitt's representatives declined to comment.

Pitt has also spent time with at least five of his six children in the United Kingdom, after a judge ruled "not having a relationship with their father is harmful". The problem is, every single time their attorneys have tried to hash out the terms for child support, just as they're about to reach an agreement, Angelina has suddenly changed the goalpost.

Sources close to Pitt told Page Six that Jolie made the court filing as part of a smear campaign to tarnish her estranged husband's reputation after he chose to re-start the formal divorce process. Jolie has sought sole custody of the children.

Pitt and Jolie have three sons and three daughters, ages 17 and under.

However, it's unclear whether Pitt's designated time with the children will be affected by the latest filing by Jolie's attorneys, amidst their allegations that Pitt has not lived up to his "informal agreements" for child support.
