IHOP name change: The 'B' is for burgers

The internet has been buzzing since the International House of Pancakes announced it would be changing its name.

Some people correctly predicted that the B would stand for burgers, but many on social media guessed that the B would stand for breakfast or bacon.

At least one IHOP restaurant - fittingly in Hollywood on Sunset Boulevard - is changing its signage to IHOb on Monday, management said.

Some locations in the States actually went as far as changing their signs, but we anticipate they'll be back to normal when this promotion runs its course.
