First Look At Long-Awaited 5th Season Of 'Arrested Development'

Season 5 was first announced in 2015, but little details were released since.

The fifth season of Arrested Development lands on the streaming service on May 29, giving fans of the short-lived network television sitcom a fresh look into the lives of the dysfunctional Orange County family.

The trailer confirms a May 29 release date for the new season.

Narrator Ron Howard says, "It seems a lot has changed over the years - well, not everything", and the trailer captures that idea by playing on how the family has changed while also reminiscing on the past.

After five years of ups and downs, "Arrested Development" Season 5 is finally heading to Netflix.

Barca seemed happy overall to survive playing the entire second half with 10 men, and they did very well under the circumstances. Karim Benzema then headed the ball across goal and Ronaldo was there to finish the move, nipping ahead of Gerard Pique to score.

The question now is: are you still excited for a new season of Arrested Development? Or did you actually like the fourth season? This trailer features Lindsay Booth running for office, at least one character with a surprising new hairdo, and also (once again) a very odd notion that Michael Bluth is somehow a hero to many of these people even though he often does have a tendency to screw a lot of things up. We see that Lindsay is now running for Congress because she's "ready to be part of the problem, Michael".

But we're about to get the ultimate family reunion, as all the original actors will be returning (and working together) in the upcoming iteration.

George Michael (Michael Cera) tries to impress by the pool.

Maeby (Alia Shawkat) goes incognito. Tambor was recently fired from his starring role in Transparent in light of sexual harassment claims made against him, and some fans were surprised to see that Arrested Development hadn't followed suit. Despite everyone's best efforts, this really didn't work that well, because the magic of Arrested Development revolved around seeing the cast work together.
