Masked, Gloved Man With Rope & A Knife Arrested Outside Taylor Swift's Home

Taylor Swift has had to endure one such thing from a Colorado man.

Winning a "Shake It Off" lawsuit doesn't entitle Taylor Swift to a legal fees shakedown, a California judge has ruled. According to the filing, Sandrock was found wearing a mask and rubber gloves when he was taken into custody and a knife, rope, ammunition, and more masks and gloves were found during a search of his vehicle.

Authorities in Los Angeles on Tuesday released a Colorado man accused of stalking pop star Taylor Swift outside her Beverly Hills home while wearing a mask and keeping a knife in his vehicle.

Julius Sandrock, 38, was wearing a mask and had a knife in his auto when he was arrested outside of the home.

Police requested the restraining order after Sandrock told officers he owned three guns. Prescription medications, including oxycodone, were also found in his vehicle and the document states that Sandrock told officers that he suffered from depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and manic episodes. "Sandrock additionally told officers he was after ldquo having a &;perverted conduct and releasing a firearm" conviction in Colorado. On April 8, 23-year-old Justin Lilly was arrested outside of Swift's Beverly Hills home after trying to scale a wall.

He also told police he has depression, bipolar disorder, manic episodes and obsessive compulsive disorder; he was found to be in possession of prescription medications.

Lilly still faces up to six months in county jail if he's convicted of one misdemeanor count of trespassing and also for refusing to leave private property.

Another man who violated a restraining order and threatened to kill Swift was sentenced to 10 years probation in early April. Police allege that it seemed like the 26-year-old man wanted to propose to Swift, and the $1,600 tossed over her fence was an offering.
