Chinese smartphone brand Xiaomi launched its first ever Android One smartphone - the Xiaomi Mi A1 - past year in September in India. The Xiaomi Mi A1 is backed by a 3,080 mAh battery and offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Global Positioning System as connectivity options.

Most of the top Android smartphones are ready for intense gaming sessions but Xiaomi Black Shark is one of the few handsets that have been designed from scratch specifically for gaming. With the discontinuation of Mi A1 smartphone, the company seems to have giving hints at the arrival of the new Mi A2 in India. There are conflicting rumours surrounding the processor that will manage the Mi 6X.

Xiaomi Black Shark comes in two storage variants, 6GB RAM + 64GB internal storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage.

The Xiaomi Mi A2 along with Redmi Y2 were earlier also expected to be launched soon in India as the source code on the official site of Xiaomi has some text about the Xiaomi Mi A2, Redmi Y2 smartphones surfaced recently.

It is powered by a 2.8 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 845 with Adreno 630 GPU for graphics coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB ROM, with no microSD card support. The phone will be 7.3mm thick and 165mm tall.

The phone boasts a 6-inch full-HD+ display with resolution of 1080×2160 pixels, brightness of 550 nits and aspect ratio of 18:9.
