Mom, daughter fight off armed robber at liquor store

Shots rang out during an armed robbery at an Oklahoma liquor store on Thursday night after a man threatened a mother and daughter for the money in the register, Tulsa World reported.

As he runs for the exit, she follows and is seen firing two more shots at him while her daughter dials 911.

But when he tried to make off with the money, she grabbed a pistol from underneath the register and handed it to her mother.

The woman was treated for her injuries, and the alleged suspect reportedly drove himself to a nearby hospital.

He remains in a critical but stable condition and has yet to be questioned by police.

He lunges at her and the pair become locked in a desperate struggle for the gun as Mrs Lee fires at him with a second pistol.

The one bright spot is that the display has an 18:9 aspect ratio, so the bezels are somewhat trimmer on the top and bottom. And while its performance is quite as fluid to use as the Alcatel 5, the 3V's quad-core MediaTek chip never felt sluggish.

Lee then appears to fire a second weapon at the thief, giving herself and her mother the opportunity to leave the building.

The end of the terrifying clip shows the two women leaving the shop as the robber falls on the floor.

Mrs Ring suffered a gash to the head, which required staples.

"I didn't want him to hurt my daughter", Ring said.

He added that police think the man she shot is responsible for a series of Tulsa and Tulsa County armed robberies with a sawed-off shotgun during the past few weeks. He was in an induced coma at a hospital and expected to survive, Dailymail reported.
