Samsung also worked with McAfee to develop a new security application which is tailored for TV called McAfee Security for TV. The Common Criteria certification is actually aimed at computer security, so it's good to see Samsung being awarded it for their Internet-connected TVs.

Samsung has announced a giant 146in (396cm) TV called The Wall at the CES tech show in Las Vegas. The Wall is possibly the first large television from this or any brand to, supposedly, come equipped with a technology called modular Micro LED, in which LEDs on the display can be lit up individually with colors appearing more vibrant than ever before and with flawless infinite contrast due to a complete lack of backlight technology.
