Harvey Weinstein Sued for Allegedly Raping Actress ... At Beverly Hills Hotel

The complaint sites a reported clause in the producer's contract that dictated if Weinstein was sued for misconduct he must reimburse the company for the settlements plus pay liquidated damages to TWC.

A spokesperson for Weinstein said in an email to Reuters: "Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein".

According to to the actress, who goes by the name "Jane Doe" in the suit, she claims that she met the producer at a hotel in 2015 to discuss a role in the series Marco Polo.

Rose McGowan and Asia Argento have accused Harvey of rape.

Furthermore, Harvey can't speak to anonymous allegations but denies all of them outright, and any relationships he's had have been consensual. The lawsuit has been filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The unnamed actress claims she had a 2015 meeting with the movie mogul in the Montage Hotel where he grabbed her wrists while using his other hand to pleasure himself, according to TMZ.

Weinstein reportedly contacted the woman in 2016, giving her the impression she had landed the role in Marco Polo. From there, he invited her to awards show parties and maintained regular communication over the next few years.

The court document goes on to say that when Weinstein met the woman he asked her if he could masturbate in front of her, and when she said "no", he forced her to watch him.

More than 50 women have claimed that Weinstein sexually harassed or assaulted them over the past three decades and Weinstein has been expelled from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

"The companies' executives, officers, directors, managing agents and employees had actual knowledge of Weinstein's repeated acts of sexual misconduct with women", the suit alleged.

This time she says he excused himself and came back in nothing but a robe before holding her down and forcing cunnilingus on her.

The woman said she tried to get away, but Weinstein "used his massive weight and strength" to penetrate her without a condom. The actress "finally broke free from his grasp and immediately left the bedroom and suite".

Doe met with Weinstein at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills in late 2015 to discuss an acting opportunity on a television series and other projects. During that meeting she alleges she was raped.

He is now under investigation by NYPD, LAPD, Scotland Yard and the Beverly Hills police.

The lawsuit is just the latest in a series of allegations ranging from harassment to rape to be leveled against Weinstein, who faces criminal investigations in Los Angeles, New York, and the United Kingdom.
