Tim Hortons unveils newest 'drink' - a spicy Buffalo Latte. No, really

Tim Hortons, the Canadian fast-food restaurant chain known for its coffee and doughnuts, is introducing a Buffalo sauce-flavored Latte featuring an unusual combination of Buffalo seasoning and coffee.

According to Buffalo News, the latte is "surprisingly drinkable", and is not "a jarring flavor like if you were drinking a messy blend of espresso and Frank's Hot Sauce, or if you dipped a chicken wing in a glass of hot chocolate milk". Since Buffalo sauce originated in Buffalo, Tims is released Buffalo lattes in 2 Buffalo, NY cafes. The concoction will be available hot or cold. It's part of a promo only occurring at locations in Buffalo, New York.

'Tim Hortons and Buffalo sauce were both born in 1964, so why not take these two Buffalo staples and combine them?' says Tim Hortons US regional president Stephen Goldstein. In a press release, the company called mocha and buffalo an "unlikely pairing", but one that makes for "an unexpectedly delicious sweet and spicy treat".
